Title of the operation: Development of new technological and production processes and introduction of new products in the field of pasteurized and sterilized ready meals, pâtés, fish pastes, salads and sandwich pastes, taking into account the improvement of the safety, health and working conditions of employees through the purchase of machines and devices of a new technological line, and reducing the plant's negative impact on the environment through the purchase and installation of a photovoltaic micro-installation

Expected results of the operation:

• Development and implementation of new and improved technological and production processes and new products in the field of pasteurized and sterilized ready meals, pâtés and fish pastes, as well as in the field of salads and sandwich spreads,
• For new and existing technological processes, improving or ensuring the safety, health and working conditions of employees by eliminating or not creating an unergonomic workstation in which the employee is exposed to long-term physical strain, adopting a forced body posture and is exposed to monotonous performance of the same tasks as is one of the psychophysical factors that are burdensome and may become harmful and cause negative effects on the musculoskeletal system. The goal of eliminating or avoiding the creation of non-ergonomic workstations will be achieved through the purchase of devices:

           

• mixing bowls allowing rotation around one axis
• devices for dosing liquid, thick masses devices for dosing single cooked solid particles such as cooked groats, cooked rice, cooked/fried potatoes
• a transfer pump enabling the transport of liquid, dense masses from the tank to the hopper of the dosing device
• pallet wrappers with "prestretch" head
• high-pressure, hot-water devices for washing and disinfecting surfaces and devices

 

• Saving energy and reducing the negative impact on the environment by installing a photovoltaic micro-installation with a capacity of up to 50 KW.
